So the GWA2 is equipped to measure SpO2 levels, however Samsung did not officially enable it (possibly to differentiate it from newer models like the GW3).
You can try unofficial methods like flashing modified software, but (personally) you'd be better off upgrading to at least a GW4 (which is going for great prices on online marketplaces at the moment).
